WDS is keen to offer tertiary undergraduate students an opportunity to gain valuable experience relevant to their future careers.
Each year, we offer a limited number of placements across the WDS Group for students who have a genuine desire to work in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors.

WDS - Infrastructure & Services
|
Provides water and civil infrastructure services as well as civil tunnelling and micro-tunnelling.
|
|
WDS - Oil & Gas
|
Provides coal seam gas services, engineering procurement construction contracts and major pipelines in the oil and gas sector.
|
|
WDS - Mining
|
Provides integrated mining services including engineering support for tunnelling and large plant.
|
The placements are aligned to University summer vacation periods.
